The civil litigation and arbitration practice area advises clients in the resolution of disputes related to civil and commercial law, engineering and construction, energy, antitrust, consumer’s law, insurance, among others.

We specialize in highly complex litigation cases, advising major domestic and foreign companies in the electricity, cement, banking, mining, timber, and investment funds industries, among others. We also advise public instrumentalities in judicial affairs and in negotiations, when required.

As part of our advisory services, we regularly represent our clients before domestic and foreign arbitral tribunals, local police courts, ordinary courts, Courts of Appeals, the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and the Antitrust Court.
